Last Saturday I got a chance to shoot for Fuck The Finals’ Foam Party at The Atrium. The night was filled with drunk college students releasing stress from tests, exams, and the grades they probably won’t see until June. If women in bikinis doesn’t keep your interests (I doubt it wouldn’t) there was also a mechanical bull, hookah lounge, and screen printing spot to enjoy. I wish more parties came with foam pits that way people wouldn’t leave the club smelling like booty, sweat, and 4Loko vomit. Pics after the jump.
Gotye’s wet dream is the best way to describe the party at Relapse Theater last Saturday. Armed with nothing but a plastic bag and a camera I got the chance to shoot for ATL Paint Party alongside my accomplice Brad ( Disco Cigs ). Paint was everywhere that night I mean people were practically wearing it and the crowd couldn’t have been happier. After sets from DJ Mayhem, Billie Jeanz, TRICIL, and DJ Garcia we ended the night with some collard-green quesadillas from The Blaxican food truck outside. Peep the William Feagins directed documentary Underexpose: Indie Hip-Hop in Atlanta that gives insight on the lesser known rap scene of Atlanta. The short film has interviews of emcees who come from all over just to make music in the A. It’s good to see some light shed on these rappers and hopefully this flick will help break down the stigma(h) of Southern rap music. I AM ATLANTA HIP HOP.
The Basement located under Atlanta’s Graveyard Bar has finally made a name for itself with its Iggy Azalea concert that went down last week. I got some shots of 3-6 legend Gangsta Boo, Cobra Corp djs, and Grand Hustle’s new artist Iggy Azalea. The night was exciting especially when T.I. surprised the crowd by performing his classic song 24z and his new verse for Iggy’s Murda Buisness single. I got pix after the link so enjoy.
Here are the photos I got from Atlanta’s march for Trayvon Martin last week. It was a great sight to see so many people my age take time and show support for a great cause by wearing hoodies and making protest signs. Despite the outcome the most important thing a human being can do is speak out against an injustice rather it affects them or not. More pics after the link.

Last Sunday Cloud IX hosted a Redbull Music Academy session for inquiring Atlanta musicians. The function was hosted by Senor Kaos and had testimony from Redbull Alumni DJ Rasta Root. Redbull Music Academy give aspiring artists a chance to do workshops that will sharpen their skills alongside note-worty legends. Last night me and my crewsaders were invited to shoot at a secret pole dancing party in the heart of Atlanta. After following sketchy directions into a more sketchier warehouse we were rewarded with free booze and pole acrobatics. For the night performers showed off their skills for accolades and dollar bills while aspiring rookies were given free lessons. Check out the photos from last night after the jump.
